MindCross 隐私政策
本隐私政策适用于 MindCross iOS 应用。我们重视您的隐私，并按照“仅在设备本地处理”的原则设计 MindCross。
1. 我们收集的数据
MindCross 不要求注册账号，不收集、上传、出售或向第三方共享您的个人信息、训练记录、答题结果或应用设置。
2. 本地数据
您的训练记录、难度进度、应用设置和订阅权益缓存仅保存在您的设备本地，用于提供训练、进度展示和应用功能。我们无法访问这些数据。删除应用通常会同时删除这些本地数据；设备备份及恢复由您的系统设置和 Apple 服务决定。
3. 订阅与付款
MindCross 的自动续期订阅由 Apple App Store 提供和处理。我们不会接收您的银行卡号或完整付款信息。应用仅通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 获取完成订阅功能所必需的商品信息、购买状态及订阅有效期。Apple 对相关数据的处理受其自身隐私政策约束。
4. 分析、广告与跟踪
MindCross 不包含第三方广告，不使用第三方分析或跨应用跟踪 SDK，也不会为广告目的跟踪您。
5. 通知
如果您启用训练提醒，通知会由设备本地安排。MindCross 不会为发送提醒而把您的信息上传到服务器。您可以随时在系统设置中关闭通知。
6. 联系我们
如果您主动通过电子邮件联系我们，我们将使用您提供的邮箱地址和邮件内容处理并回复您的请求。除非法律要求或为处理该请求所必需，我们不会将这些信息用于其他目的。

7. 儿童隐私

MindCross Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the MindCross iOS application. MindCross is designed around on-device processing and respect for your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
MindCross does not require an account and does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information, training records, answers, or app settings with third parties.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Your training records, difficulty progress, app settings, and cached subscription entitlement are stored only on your device to provide training, progress, and app functionality. We cannot access this data. Deleting the app will generally delete this local data; device backup and restoration are governed by your system settings and Apple services.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
MindCross auto-renewable subscriptions are offered and processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your card number or complete payment details. The app uses Apple StoreKit only to obtain product information, purchase status, and subscription validity required to provide subscription features. Apple's handling of related information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
MindCross contains no third-party advertising, does not use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs, and does not track you for advertising purposes.
5. Notifications
If you enable training reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. MindCross does not upload your information to a server to deliver reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.
6. Contact Us
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we will use the email address and message you provide to process and respond to your request. We will not use that information for other purposes unless required by law or necessary to handle the request.

7. Children's Privacy
